Ten modules. A full year. Everything you need to begin.

What you learn

Ten modules covering the full spectrum of regenerative farm practice. Nature prescriptions, garden therapy, nature coaching, regenerative leadership, facilitation, and marketing. Each module builds on the last, giving you a complete foundation to work from. Not just theory but real tools you can use from day one.

How you learn

A full year of online and in-person sessions, built around your land and your pace. Peer learning circles where you learn as much from each other as from the programme. Supervision calls to help you apply what you are learning in real time. And ongoing update sessions that keep you connected to the network long after the academy ends.

What you build

By the time you finish you will have more than a certificate. You will have your own farm logo and visual identity, a ready to go website, a tested business model, and the confidence to host retreats, lead coaching sessions, and facilitate meaningful experiences for the people who come to your land. And you will have a strong network of peers who are also doing regenerative farming, walking the talk, and growing together with you.

The investment

Starting a nature-based coaching business from scratch means years of trial and error: building a curriculum, designing a brand, launching a website, figuring out pricing, finding your community. We’ve already done that work, so you don’t have to.

For €7,500 (early adopter price, first cohort launching October 2026), you get a complete, ready-to-go business:

  • 10 core modules — nature coaching, garden therapy, regenerative leadership, business planning, branding, website, facilitation, marketing, and community, everything you need to run your own regenerative farm, condensed into one year.
  • A full year of guided support — monthly group calls to keep you moving, plus intervision groups to troubleshoot real client situations with peers who get it.
  • Your own brand, built for you. A custom logo and identity for your farm, including 3 local icons that reflect your country and landscape.
  • A live website. Your business goes online, ready to welcome clients.
  • Access to the Circle platform, our shared home for resources, academy materials, and an ongoing chat with your cohort, long after the program ends.

After your first year, a simple €1,500 annual license fee keeps your brand, website, and network support running, a fraction of what it would cost to build and maintain any of this alone.

Compare that to building it yourself: branding alone can run €1,500–3,000, a website €2,000–5,000, and a full training curriculum well over €10,000. As part of the Academy, it’s all included. And you’re never doing it solo.

From 2027 the cohort price will be €9,500.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nature Coaching is a unique and highly effective method of personal development that combines the insights gained from nature with tailored coaching techniques. Research shows that spending time outdoors and practicing mindfulness can significantly improve our ability to align our needs, values, goals, and actions. This alignment not only enhances decision-making but also boosts self-esteem and self-efficacy, making you feel more equipped to take charge of your life.
Garden therapy is a therapeutic practice that involves working with plants and gardens to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This form of therapy utilises gardening activities to promote health and healing, making it beneficial for a wide range of individuals, including those with mental health issues or stress-related conditions.
Nature has a profound impact on our well-being by reducing emotional difficulties, mental fatigue, stress, concentration issues, anxiety, and depression. It improves problem-solving, mood, cognitive performance, attention, self-esteem, and creativity. Nature also provides more vitality, happiness, and positive emotions like awe, bliss, and kindness. Additionally, spending time in nature enhances ethical thinking, encourages helping others, and promotes environmental protection.

Regenerative leadership is a new paradigm of leading — one rooted in nature rather than pressure. Instead of driving people and teams toward burnout and depletion, it draws on the principles of natural, living systems: presence, care, balance, and renewal. A regenerative leader makes decisions from clarity and connection rather than urgency and fear, and leads in a way that restores people and organisations rather than exhausting them. In the Academy, you’ll learn how to guide others towards this shift.

Nature prescriptions are a structured way of using time in nature as a form of care, prescribed much like you’d prescribe a treatment or therapy, but rooted in the proven, science-backed benefits of nature connection. In practice, this can mean adults and children being referred by a GP or pediatrician for conditions like ADHD, autism, sensory processing challenges, or sleep disorders, or people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression being guided toward regular nature-based practices to support their mental and physical wellbeing. In the Academy, you’ll learn how to design and offer nature prescriptions as part of your own practice, so nature becomes a practical, prescribable tool, not just a nice place to visit.

No — you don’t need to already own land to join the Academy. There’s more than one path in:

  • You’re looking for land and want to build a regenerative lifestyle and business around it — the Academy gives you the model, brand, and structure to launch as soon as you find the right place.
  • You’re a coach or practitioner without land of your own — you can partner with an existing farmer or landowner, offering your nature coaching, garden therapy, or other services on their land while they benefit from a new revenue stream and a ready-made offering.
  • You already have land or a farm — you’re ready to put it to work right away.

Whichever situation you’re in, a chemistry call is a great next step to talk through what’s realistic for you and how the License can fit your specific path.

Your annual license fee (€1,500) keeps your business running smoothly year after year. It covers:

  • Regular check-in calls to stay supported and connected as your business grows
  • Renewed and updated materials, so your curriculum and resources stay current
  • Website hosting and upkeep, keeping your site live, secure, and running
  • Continued access to the network — intervision groups, the Circle platform with academy resources, and the growing community of little regenerative farms

Yes that is possible, but only one per province.

Regenerative goes a step further than sustainable. Sustainable aims to do no more harm. Regenerative aims to leave things better than you found them: healthier soil, more biodiversity, stronger community, a piece of land that keeps giving instead of slowly running down. It’s less a farming technique and more a way of relating to land, to people, and to yourself. In the Academy, regenerative isn’t just about what grows in the ground. It’s the same principle applied to how you build your business, lead your sessions, and show up for the people who come to your farm.

There’s no minimum acreage and no perfect checklist. What matters most is that the land has some outdoor space where people can gather, walk, sit with a cup of tea, and get their hands in the soil. A garden, a smallholding, a few hectares, a corner of a bigger farm, all of these can work if you have the ambition to work on the land regeneratively (with permaculture principles). What we look at on a chemistry call is less the size of your land and more its potential: can people arrive here and feel something shift? Can you grow a little food, host a small group, create a bit of quiet? That’s the foundation everything else is built on.

No. Most people who join the Academy aren’t professional farmers. Some are seeking a lifestyle switch, some are entrepreneurs ready to build something with more meaning, some are landowners looking to put their land to use, others are coaches who want to bring their work into nature. It’s a mix, and that mix is part of what makes the cohort rich. You’ll learn what you need on the (permaculture) growing side through the curriculum and, if you choose it, through our partnership with Terra Alta. What matters more is your willingness to hold space for people in nature and to build something real, step by step, over the year.

Terra Alta is a certified permaculture school based in Portugal, hosting live PDCs (Permaculture Design Certificates). We’ve partnered with them for the growing and land-based side of the curriculum, the piece the Academy itself doesn’t teach. As part of the program, you get access to their materials and sessions, with the option to go further through a discounted PDC track if you want to go deeper.

Almost entirely online, with one in-person gathering at the end. Through the year you’ll join live online group calls, work through material at your own pace in our online academy portal, and stay connected with your cohort throughout. We close the year together in person, likely in the Netherlands, to celebrate what you’ve built and meet the people you’ve been learning alongside all year.

The live group call is every month on a Tuesday from 7.30 to 9pm CET. Alongside that, there are intervision groups with your peers to work through real situations together, and supervision touchpoints to help you apply what you’re learning. It’s designed to fit around a life and a business you’re already running, not take it over.

Most of the material, the modules themselves, the templates, the recordings, is yours to move through at your own pace in our online community portal. Plan for a couple of hours a week if you want to stay comfortably on track. The weekly live call and intervision groups are where you bring questions, get feedback, and learn from what others in your cohort are building. Both matter: the self-paced side gives you the depth, the group side keeps you accountable and connected.

Life happens. Calls are recorded and added to the community portal, so you won’t lose the content. That said, the live calls are also where a lot of the real value sits, the questions, the peer input, the things that don’t always come through in a recording, so we’d always encourage joining live when you can.

We’re keeping this first year small on purpose, a maximum of ten people. This isn’t a course with a thousand people in a group chat, it’s a network of people who will actually know each other and the farms by the end of the year.

You keep going, with less hand-holding and more independence. A yearly license fee of €1,500 keeps your brand, website, materials, and network access running. You stay part of the community: check-ins, updated resources, intervision groups, and the wider network of farms as it grows.
