Our Farms

Two farms. Two women. One conviction.

Little Regenerative Farms began with two farms, one in the Netherlands and one in Portugal. Both founded by women who left the business world, came to the land to recover, and never looked back.

We learned to grow food, restore soil, and tend to ecosystems with our own hands. And when we started inviting people onto our farms, burnt out leaders, lost souls, people searching for something slower, we watched nature do what it always does. It healed them.

We made our gardens our offices. Today we run nature coaching, garden therapy, leadership tracks, and day retreats from the places where we live, with farm to table food and the seasons as our guide.

Little Regenerative Farms was born from the conviction that this model should not stay small.

The Why

We have lost our way in our busy lives filled with constant entertainment, possessions, status, technology, and social media. These distractions are making us unhappy and leading to an increase in mental health issues.

Connecting with nature can heal us.

Reconnecting to nature, doing simple garden tasks, and being outdoors is proven to improve our mental health. It makes us more creative and allows us to connect to our inner wisdom.

It’s that simple, and we want to welcome individuals, groups, and teams to come and experience how nature boosts happiness and wellbeing.

Reconnecting with nature is also good for our planet. The more connected we are to nature, the less harm we do to it.

Thalita's Story

I spent over fifteen years founding and scaling companies in e-commerce and sustainability. I loved the building, the problem-solving, the pace. I also spent a lot of that time running faster than was good for me.

With that background comes something useful: I understand leadership from the inside. The pressure of decisions that affect people. The gap between the culture you want to build and the one that quietly forms anyway.

The shift in my own life happened slowly.  A growing sense that the life I had built no longer fit the person I was becoming. My husband and I moved to Portugal with our three children and started to build our own farm/house on the land.

I trained as a nature and life coach, became a Kundalini yoga teacher, and started co-running ocean swim sessions on the Atlantic coast. I started guiding people through the transitions I had navigated myself.

What I found is that the work is more powerful outside. The land does something that four walls cannot. Insight that people have been circling for months tends to surface in the first hour of a walk.

I help people, not by having the answers, but by asking the questions and creating the space where answers tend to emerge. In nature. At this farm. With the Sintra hills and the Atlantic as company.

If something about this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.

Farms Everywhere

Little Dutch Farm

With 19 years of leadership experience in sustainability, Kim knows firsthand what burnout costs and what nature can restore. After her own recovery through the land, she retrained as a nature coach and garden therapist, and built Little Dutch Farm into a thriving practice offering coaching, regenerative leadership programmes, and garden therapy for vulnerable groups and children.

Little Portuguese Farm

With more than a decade as a serial entrepreneur in tech and sustainability, Thalita knows firsthand what it costs to build without limits, and what nature gives back when you finally slow down. After her own transition from the business world to the land, she retrained as a nature coach and Kundalini yoga teacher, and built Little Portuguese Farm into a practice offering coaching, retreats, and garden therapy from the Sintra hills.
